Pumpkin Pie Shake

INGREDENTS NEEDED
6 oz Water
1/2 cup Organic Canned Pumpkin
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice Adjust Your Liking
1 Packet Stevia
1 serving French Vanilla Creme 100% Whey Gold Standard


DIRECTIONS
Add 5-8 oz water to blender
Add 1 scoop ON 100% Whey
Then add remaning ingredients
1 Packet Stevia
Add 1-2 cups ice
Blend until smooth and enjoy!!!


OTHER NOTES
Top with 1 tbsp Fat Free Whip Cream for an extra special treat. Pumpkin Pie Spice can be a sub for a dash of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg.

Platinum Hydrowhey

6 oz Water
1/2 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
12 ounces Water
1 serving Velocity Vanilla Platinum Hydrowhey


DIRECTIONS
Add 12 water to blender
Add 1 scoop of Velocity Vanilla Platinum Hydrowhey
Add Half teaspoon of peppermint extract
Enjoy a high-protein, BCAA-rich liquid candy cane!


OTHER NOTES
TIP: Try using a blender to mix the peppermint extract more thoroughly.
