I used Pro Complex as my first supplement ever, and within 2 weeks of using it, my weights increased by 10-15 pounds, not only that, but I gained 10 pounds of muscle within the first month and a half. No other protein amounts to Pro Complex, way to go ON.

People say "protein is protein". What they are trying to say is why spend $90 on a 5lb tub of protein, when you can spend $30. I'll tell you why.. You get what you pay for! That is why I pay $90 for my Pro Complex sometimes twice a month, but without a doubt at least once every month. Been using this product for 2 years after every workout, between meals, and before bed. I can honestly say, Pro Complex deserves some of the credit for helping me place 2nd at Teen and 2nd at Collegiate Nationals. Thank you Optimum!

I been taking this product for about a 8 months now and it dramatically increased my size and also stacking it with the CGT-10 it increased my my strength and im at 170lbs with 3% body fat. and also the Opti-Men vitamins all together works great and I would vouch and recommend this product to anyone. Chocolate has always been a flavor no matter what brand its always a little chunky. Not this!! I can fill 1/2 a 20z bottle with water, shake it up count to 15 - 20 and down it quick and easy. Don't even feel like I'm drinking an protein drink. Its Great!
Wish it offered more flavor though.

By far, THE best protein drink on the market. Have made great gains since using the product. Try a jug, you WILL NOT be disappointed. Keep up the good work ON.

Simply put...this stuff is amazing!!! I'm the long snapper at the University of Alabama and they believe solely in Muscle Milk. It works but the fat content is high and the protein that you do not consume it is wasted. ON has made the perfect beast as far as protein is concerned. 1 gram of fat, 60 grams of protein, and great source of vitamins and minerals. Not to mention the protein has timed release so none is wasted. There's nothing more you could possible ask for in a protein drink.

I've been hitting the gym like a mad dog for the last year and a half; still new to this form of physical conditioning and nutrition. I've taken 3 different brands of protein since I started; all vanilla. I discovered Pro Complex about 2 months ago, and am TOTALLY HOOKED! The nutritional value alone is enough to make anyone interested in "doing it the right way" a lifetime customer. The taste is among the best I've had...I can't wait for my next dose! I just drank my first Pro Complex shake and I am totally impressed. The taste is unbelievable and it mixes better than anything I've tried. There is no better way to get 60g of protein. Thanks ON.

I can't say enough good things about this product. I've tried many different products before and this one blows them away. The taste is unbelievable, it is really hard to believe it is good for you because it tastes like a ice cream malt or something (I use Chocolate). The blend of proteins make this a great product to use anytime of the day. It also mixes incredibly well compared to other products. The amount of Amino Acids is really good also. I am a lifetime buyer of Pro Complex.
