This product is incredible! I have insomnia and I get very excited when night comes. Having a lot of ideas, mind wouldn't stop. I had to take strong medicines when it was getting worse, which made me sleep, but not rest. This melatonin is SOMETHING. It makes us feel asleep in a very cozy way, if you know what I mean. You sleep tight!
