Taste is good, I didn't find that they mix as easy as the 100% Whey. I found the shaker to be way to big. Why do we need a shaker designed for 20 ounces when the suggested serving is 8? Cut the size of the shaker in half to make it easier to haul around and it would suit me much better. This is just a personal opinion on the shaker, but would be nice if they offered two sizes. I'll keep using my other shaker which is half the size.

this is a great product. the only thing i didnt like about the sample pack though is that they dont tell you that you only get half a serving in each pack. other than that i was satisfied with the shaker and nitro core.
