Best I've found as far as athletic performance goes. I do have some issues with the taste of the Blueberry Mojito flavour. The mint has a weird acrid taste which makes it harder to go down. Also given the size of the scoop (twice the size of the normal ON pre-workout) I find that the 6-8 fl oz of water isn't enough to properly dilute it. So you'll need more liquid to drink and it's harder to drink than the standard pre-workout. That said, it's excellent at performing its core function.
