If you are muscle building/toning, this supplement is a great addition to ensure the different branch chain amino acids are ingested to help muscle growth. In capsules, you ensure the entire powder is ingested rather than powder sitting at the bottom of a shake.

If you don’t eat as much protein as you should, or if it is just difficult for you naturally to gain muscle, this helps! If you take it consistently, you will be able to see and feel subtle differences. Even if you don’t take these for muscle gain, they’re also good to maintain muscle health in general.

There are a lot of BCAA products on the market these days but this is the only one I've found that's high quality, easy to use and you don't have to take a fistful of pills. I prefer to not get my BCAA by drinking them so I take these pre and post workout and am pleased with the results.

I liked them, but I would recommend considering the amino energy powder, especially if you don't use preworkouts. You get everything in BCAA and more, plus caffeine and some extra Vitamin C. I liked the capsule form though, it was easy to use.
