David started his health and fitness journey at the age of 15 with an early interest in rock climbing and sailing.
He went on to study Biochemistry where he studied the human body in depth and now takes that scientific approach into his diet and training. He is qualified as a PICP Coach (Palanquin International Certification Program) and Personal Trainer.
David believes that setting tangible goals is the key to reaching your potential and helps you ensure that every workout counts towards that end.
His professional career in the Pharmaceutical Industry is demanding, though making time for training remains of paramount importance to him whether travelling or working long hours. he David will never miss a workout, no matter what!
