Dubbed Britain's wildest adventurer, Sean grabbed headlines in 2016 when he completed a record breaking triathlon around the coast of Great Britain, covering 4,200 miles in 85 days completely unsupported. He has since dreamed up, attempted, failed & succeeded with many other feats, including running 15 marathons, in 15 national parks in 15 days & running from the top to the bottom of Iceland. In April 2023, Sean will embark on his second attempt of Iron102, where he will aim to complete 102 Ironman Triathlons in 102 consecutive days...that is a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and 26.2 mile run everyday, for 102 days. Sean quite simply embodies the mantra that 'there is more in all of us', it is simply Optimum Nutrition's job to help him find it.
