  • 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Whey Chocolate Hazelnut
  • 150g Digestive biscuits
  • 10g chia seeds
  • 60g greek style natural yoghurt
  • 150ml no added sugar almond milk
  • 15g hazelnuts, chopped roughly
  • Optional: 10g dark chocolate

Directions

The perfect breakfast for the busy individual. Prepare the night before and adjust the quantities to suit your personal needs.

  1. In a bowl combine oats, protein powder, chia seeds, yoghurt and milk. Mix well, cover and place in the fridge overnight or for at least a few hours to set.
  2. The following morning, top with roughly chopped hazelnuts and grated dark chocolate (optional).
