2 frozen bananas
¾ cup non-dairy milk - used unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop
Gold Standard 100% Whey vanilla protein powder
1 small handful of fresh mint
1 tsp vanilla extract
(Optional): cacao nibs - not used
Method
