Mix a scoop of the powder into 8 to 14 fluid ounces of cold water or milk using a shaker cup. For best results, mix up your shake 30 to 60 minutes after your workout, before bed, or use as an anytime snack.

The best flavor protein I’ve ever had

Getting fantastic results from the Casein protein. Take it in the evening and has helped me realize the benefits I want.

Tastes very good, chocolate flavor. Mixes a little tough with milk but a blender usually fixes that. I crave it now since I've been using it, helps cut down on my sweet tooth. Haven't been using it long enough to report any major gains, yet it definitely helps with recovery. I do mostly Intense circuit training for 1.5 to 3 hrs at a time, 7 to 8 exercises for 4 to 5 sets.

Tastes great, has a nice nutrition profile. Clumps really hard. Can’t manage to get a smooth drink from a blender bottle and shaking hard for a timed 30 seconds

It’s a great taste. Feel stronger

The casein protein is good. Dissolves as well as any casein might... The natural french vanilla flavor is very intense though. If using it in a frozen fruit smoothie it will dominate. I usually use the regular creamy vanilla protein but it was out of stock. French vanilla is too strong.

It tastes great and mixes well. Order enough to get the best discount and you're all set.

The casein natural french vanilla flavor mixed easier than the normal chocolate casein, but the taste came off more like syrup than vanilla.

Love the natural taste, the whey protein, use of stevia to sweeten it, and the BCAA content to aid in my workouts!!
