"I have purchased this product many times over the last few years. This time the package arrived unsealed and opened. There was no protective wrapper to remove. I will not be consuming this one since it was open and noticeable powder spilled on the outside. I would like a replacement one sent to me."

Even though there were places
"Even though there were places selling it cheaper than the official website, I felt uneasy about buying it there, so I ordered from the official website; however, it arrived without the authenticity sticker attached to the top of the lid. I felt that if I had known this would happen, I should have just bought it from the cheaper place."
