Meg has been training for almost 15 years. Her beginnings stemmed from a desire to be the smallest person in the room. She was obsessed with being as skinny as possible, however, the universe had something else in mind for her. She discovered along the way that feeling and looking strong was was she really dreamed of. She traded fad diets for confidence. She traded under-eating for progressive overload. And, she traded her all-or-nothing mindset for consistency > perfection.
5 years into her powerlifting journey, she is grateful for her foundation of bodybuilding, and prioritises strength progression in her competition lifts, and hypertrophy as well.
