Protein Chocolate Mousse
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- ¼ cup GS Whey Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp maple syrup (add more for increased sweetness)
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- Whipped cream
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together greek yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Add sliced strawberries into the bottom of a glass. Top with chocolate mousse. Refrigerate for 30 min. Top with whipped cream, blueberries, and more sliced strawberries.
