Protein Chocolate Mousse

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup GS Whey Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup (add more for increased sweetness)
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Whipped cream

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together greek yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Add sliced strawberries into the bottom of a glass. Top with chocolate mousse. Refrigerate for 30 min. Top with whipped cream, blueberries, and more sliced strawberries.
