Creatine is a naturally occurring compound stored in muscles that helps regenerate energy for high-intensity, short-duration activities*. ON Micronised Creatine Powder uses micronised creatine, where the particle size is reduced to improve mixability and ensure it stays suspended in liquid longer. This means a smoother, easier-to-mix supplement that stays well-blended and is quickly absorbed for better performance during intense workouts. Each serving of Micronised Creatine Powder provides 3.4 grams of creatine monohydrate (a well-researched form known to enhance physical performance during successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise).
Optimum Nutrition's Micronised Creatine Powder is made with creatine monohydrate, a widely used supplement that helps support strength and performance*.

"I've been using Optimum Nutrition supplements for a while now, and the results have been excellent. I've noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and recovery time. The quality and taste are consistently great as well. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to level up their fitness journey."
"Easy to use. Fast delivery. Good customer care. Early days to know or feel the benefits of taking creatine, but will give it time."
"I bought the blue raspberry and orange flavoured creatine as the unflavoured one doesn’t dissolve very well with RIBENA and both of these flavours are nice and dissolve better. Will probably but only the flavoured versions going forward"
"Je ne peux pas donner vraiment mon avis sur ce produit, car la chrono poste a perdu mon colis. J’ai déjà acheté des produits sur ce site, et c’était très bien. Sauf, malheureusement je toujours pas reçu mon colis."
"Lieferung war schnell und Bestellungen komplett und richtig geliefert."
"Very nice product, easy to mix in water and providing good recovery."
"Only just started to take creatine, so too early to say how it's working for me. However, this creatine powder mixes quickly without any gritty after taste. As it's flavourless I can mix it into my isolate whey protein and enjoy the benefits."
"Great product, easy to prepare, though it’s hard to scoop out once the container is half-empty—maybe consider a scoop with a longer handle."
"Einfach in der Verwendung. Dosierungsempfehlung passt Geschmacksneutral und bringt den gewünschten Erfolg"
"Completely tasteless, very easy to just have with water at the start of the day."
