- Mix eggs, yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla extract, coconut sugar, and Optimum Nutrition Clear Whey Protein Isolate + Collagen Apple & Raspberry. Pour into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- In a pan, cook the apples and raspberries with coconut sugar and a little water until softened and the water has evaporated.
- Spoon the cooked fruit over the cream cheese base.
- In a bowl, mix oat flour, butter, coconut sugar, and cinnamon until you get a fine crumble. Sprinkle over the fruit.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 160°C (320°F). Refrigerate overnight.
