Apple and Raspberry Cheesecake Crumble on a dish
  1. Mix eggs, yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla extract, coconut sugar, and Optimum Nutrition Clear Whey Protein Isolate + Collagen Apple & Raspberry. Pour into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a pan, cook the apples and raspberries with coconut sugar and a little water until softened and the water has evaporated.
  3. Spoon the cooked fruit over the cream cheese base.
  4. In a bowl, mix oat flour, butter, coconut sugar, and cinnamon until you get a fine crumble. Sprinkle over the fruit.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes at 160°C (320°F). Refrigerate overnight.
