- Pre heat oven to 170
- Combine filling ingredients gradually adding either more flour/yoghurt depending on the mixture. You want a smooth foldable dough not a sticky dough.
- Dust flour on chopping block before rolling out the dough flat, it’ll help the dough not stick too much.
- Spread PB and sprinkle cinnamon/coconut sugar for sweetness evenly on flat dough before slicing strips and rolling scrolls.
- Place in baking tray and bake for 10-15 mins or until golden
