Information on how to enter and how to claim prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

How to Enter

To be eligible to enter, individuals must:

• Sign up to the Optimum Nutrition Australia/New Zealand email subscription.
• Fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details, including first name, last name and email address.

Only one entry is permitted per email sign-up.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of the Promoter and its contractors and agencies associated with this promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

"Immediate family" means a spouse, parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, child (natural or adopted), sibling (natural or adopted), or first cousin, whether or not they live in the same household.

• Opens: 7:00am AEDT, 20 September 2026
• Closes: 11:59pm AEDT, 15 October 2026

All entries must be received by 11:59pm AEDT on 15 October 2026.

The first three (3) valid entries drawn will be the winners.

Winners will be contacted via email within two (2) business days of the draw and published on the Optimum Nutrition website from 19 October 2026 for a minimum of 30 days.

Prize Claims

Prize claims must be received by 11:59pm AEDT on 24 October 2026.

Please allow up to 28 days from successful prize claim for delivery.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

If a prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value, subject to applicable regulations.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

If required, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at the same location and time as the original draw on a date to be advised.

Any redraw winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days and published on the Optimum Nutrition website for a minimum of 30 days.

General Conditions

• Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and entrant eligibility.
• Any automated entry method is prohibited and will render entries invalid.
• The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Liability

Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion, including technical failures, unauthorised access, lost entries, variations in prize value, tax liabilities and use of a prize.

The Promoter collects personal information to conduct this promotion. By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for administration of the promotion and, unless otherwise advised, for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes.
