High Protein PB Cinnamon Scrolls

  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Cinnamon Roll protein

    FILLING 🧁
  • Smooth peanut butter
  • Sprinkle cinnamon
  • Sprinkled coconut sugar

Directions

  1. Pre heat oven to 170

  2. Combine filling ingredients gradually adding either more flour/yoghurt depending on the mixture. You want a smooth foldable dough not a sticky dough.

  3. Dust flour on chopping block before rolling out the dough flat, it’ll help the dough not stick too much.

  4. Spread PB and sprinkle cinnamon/coconut sugar for sweetness evenly on flat dough before slicing strips and rolling scrolls.

  5. Place in baking tray and bake for 10-15 mins or until golden
