Protein Banana Bread

  • 180g self-raising flour
  • 2 scoops Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Isolate (Vanilla)
  • 145g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp bicarb soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp mixed spice
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste

Directions

1.      Preheat oven to 180 degrees, fan forced. Line a loaf tin.

2.      Mix together all of the dry ingredients.

3.      Mash the bananas, and mix with milk, butter, eggs and vanilla bean paste.

4.      Fold in the wet into the dry.

5.      Pour into lined loaf tin, and bake for 40-50 minutes in preheated oven or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
