- Preheat oven to 180 degrees, fan forced. Line a loaf tin.
- Mix together all of the dry ingredients.
- Mash the bananas, and mix with milk, butter, eggs and vanilla bean paste.
- Fold in the wet into the dry.
- Pour into lined loaf tin, and bake for 40-50 minutes in preheated oven or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
