3. RECEIVE A £10 DISCOUNT CODE

Each time someone uses your referral link to begin their Optimum Nutrition journey with an order over £50, you’ll receive a £10 off reward code. Keep track of your reward codes through the dashboard below after the 14-day return window has passed.

4. REDEEM YOUR CODE

Place your order as usual and add the newly received voucher code to your basket.

2) Copy your invitation link.
3) Share the link with your friends.
4) Monitor your referees' statuses on your Referral Dashboard.
5) After a successful referral, your £10 discount code will be available on your Referral Dashboard.

CAN MY FRIEND USE MY LINK IF THEY HAVE PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED FROM OPTIMUM NUTRITION?

Friends who have not made a purchase with us within the last 12 months are eligible. Additionally, friends who are completely new to Optimum Nutrition can also use your link.

WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO CLAIM MY REWARD?

You can claim your reward once the person you referred has successfully placed an order exceeding £50 and the 14-day returns window has passed.

WHY DOES MY DISCOUNT DISAPPEAR ON THE PAYMENT PAGE?

Please ensure that you are using the email address associated with the referral link when checking out.

MY REFEREE’S ORDER HAS PASSED THE RETURN PERIOD BUT MY VOUCHER CODE WON’T REDEEM IN MY BASKET

To redeem your voucher code, your cart total must meet or exceed £50 (excluding delivery costs). Both the referee and the referrer have 3 months to redeem the code before it expires. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer service team.

I HAVE RECEIVED A REFERRAL INVITE LINK - WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?

1. Click on the link, which will take you to a page where you can either sign up or log in. This step helps us confirm your eligibility.
2. After completing step 1, you will receive an email (remember to check your spam folder) confirming whether you are eligible or not. If eligible, the email will include your £10 discount code.
3. Visit the Optimum Nutrition website, log in, and start shopping.
4. Add items to your basket until the total value exceeds £50 (excluding shipping costs).
5. Enter your £10 discount code BEFORE PROCEEDING TO CHECKOUT.
6. Before making the payment, double-check your balance to ensure that the code has been applied successfully.

Please note: The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and will not work if the total amount to be paid is less than £50. Shipping costs are not included in the total.

HOW MUCH DISCOUNT WILL THE REFERRER AND REFEREE RECEIVE?

Both the referrer and the referee will receive a £10 discount code after fulfilling their respective eligibility criteria. For example, the referrer must wait until the 14-day returns window has passed, while the referee must either be a new customer or not have made a purchase within the last 12 months. Additionally, the referee's basket must exceed £50 (excluding shipping costs).

WHEN AND WHERE WILL I RECEIVE MY DISCOUNT CODE?

You will receive your £10 discount code via email. This will occur after you have clicked on your friend's referral invite link, created an account or logged in, and we have verified your eligibility. If you are eligible, the discount code will be sent to the email address you used to sign up (remember to check your spam folder).
