- ¾ cup (180g) unsweetened almond milk
- ⅓ cup (82g) pumpkin pureé
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1 (15g) graham cracker sheet
- 1 scoop (31g) “Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey” powder, vanilla ice cream
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup (140g) ice
Optional garnishes: light whipped cream and extra pumpkin pie spice for topping
