- Stir all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Preheat the airfryer to 170°C/340 °F.
- Pour the batter into a prepared 8-inch pan and sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the brownies have formed a thin crust and appear set in the middle.
- If meal prepping, pour into individual brownie ramekins (I use silicon baking moulds) then freeze.
- When you’re ready to eat, place in the airfryer at 190°C/375°F
