  • 250ml coconut milk​
  • 150g frozen cherries ​
  • 75g frozen banana ​
  • 20g desiccated coconut ​
  • 25g cocoa powder​
  • 30g chocolate coconut Gold Standard Whey
  • 3g creatine

Directions

  1. Pit the cherries, and chop & freeze them with the banana.

  2. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into a glass.

  4. Place a cherry on top, grate fresh coconut & a Cherry Ripe bar over the top.
