Amy Lee Airfryer Protein Brownies

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup protein powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil or butter, melted
  • 2 eggs or flax eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup choc chips

Directions

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Preheat the airfryer to 170°C/340 °F.

  3. Pour the batter into a prepared 8-inch pan and sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.

  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the brownies have formed a thin crust and appear set in the middle.

  5. If meal prepping, pour into individual brownie ramekins (I use silicon baking moulds) then freeze.

  6. When you’re ready to eat, place in the airfryer at 190°C/375°F
