Upon completion of the above, you will automatically be entered with one (1) entry into the giveaway. You must be a member of Instagram; joining Instagram is free at www.instagram.com. Multiple enters per person, per Instagram account, per GAA club permitted. All Submissions must comply with the submission guidelines outlined in Section 3 (HOW TO ENTER) below.

Prize Description and Value; Number of Winners; Date of Winner Selection: One entrant will win first prize of €20,000 worth of gym equipment and €5,000 worth of Optimum Nutrition product for their nominated GAA Club. One entrant will win second prize of €5,000 worth of Optimum Nutrition product for their nominated GAA Club. The Winners will be randomly selected on or about five (5) business days after the giveaways end date (11.05.2023) as set forth in Section 4 (SELECTION OF WINNER) below.

Sponsor: This giveaway is sponsored by Glanbia Performance Nutrition Limited, on behalf of its Optimum Nutrition Brand, Glanbia House, Kilkenny, R95E866, Ireland (“Sponsor”).

  1. ELIGIBILITY:  The Giveaway is open to residents of the ROI and NI aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Sponsor, its agents, and anyone professionally associated with this Giveaway.  Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the  Giveaway. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Winning is contingent upon the participant having membership for the nominated GAA club and also the nominated club providing consent to allow the Sponsor to photograph the gym equipment in the clubs facilities. All entrants must have access to the Internet prior to the start of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.
  2. HOW TO ENTER:  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, during the Giveaway Period, please follow the instructions set forth in Section 1 (Giveaway Details) above.  Multiple  entries per person, per Instagram account,  per GAA club permitted. You must provide all required information and include all required hashtags to be eligible to enter and win. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. 

Entries, comments and content submitted or uploaded to any social media sites or other public sites in connection with this Giveaway (collectively, “Content Submissions”) may not contain, depict or show any content that: (i) is sexually explicit or suggestive, offensive, lewd, profane, obscene, or contains nudity or racist innuendo; (ii) promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any political agenda or message; (iii) defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about Sponsor or other companies; (iv) contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) or copyrighted materials (including photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published via websites, television, movies or other media) owned by others, without permission; (v) contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, last names (first names are permitted), e-mail addresses or street addresses for any person other than entrant, or otherwise infringes on the privacy of any person other than an entrant; (vi) communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive image and good will of Sponsor’s brand; and/or (vii) violates any law. Any Content Submissions that contain, depict or show such content; that exceed any required file size or length limits imposed by the Giveaway Entities or any third party social media site; and/or that violate these Content Submission requirements and/or the terms of these Official Rules will be disqualified. The Giveaway Entities reserve the right in their sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any Content Submission that they believe is inappropriate or not suitable for publication, that does not comply with these Official Rules, or that is not consistent with the spirit or theme of the Giveaway.

If the Content Submission contains an identifiable person other than the entrant who submitted the Content Submission, by submitting the Content Submission, the entrant represents and warrants that he/she has obtained the consent of such person to the use of the Content Submission as outlined herein and such person may be required to provide written consent to the Giveaway Entities’ use of the Content Submission.

Each entrant warrants and represents that his/her Content Submission is original, has not been previously published or won any award, complies with any applicable community guidelines, terms of use, and any other binding terms on Instagram, does not contain any material that would defame or otherwise violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including patents, copyrights, trademarks or rights of privacy or publicity, complies with these Official Rules, and will not violate any federal, state or local laws or ordinances.

Bulk, automated and/or third party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address or Instagram account. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of plays and/or entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, email addresses, logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s plays and/or entries, and that participant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the pertinent Instagram account will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Sponsor or forfeit the prize. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Giveaway at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply.

  1. SELECTION OF WINNER: Provisional winners will be contacted via Instagram on or about five (5) business days after the Giveaways’ end date (11.05.23). The Sponsor will select the name of the potential winner of the prize in a random drawing from among all entries received. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. Provisional winners will be notified via their Instagram account private message feature by @optimumnutrition_ie when the decision is made and must respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours. Provisional winners must provide any proof of eligibility for him/herself including their nominated GAA club as required by Sponsor. Provisional winners may also be required to complete a declaration of eligibility and release of liability and, where permitted by law, publicity release within fourteen (14) days from the date of winner notification. If the (i) winner notification is returned as non-deliverable, (ii) a provisional winner fails to respond to the winner notification within the time required, (iii) a provisional winner fails to sign any requested documents within fourteen (14) days, (iv) a provisional winner fails to abide by these Official Rules, or (v) a provisional winner is disqualified for any reason, the potential winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and an alternate provisional winner may be selected. A maximum of one (1) alternate provisional winner will be selected, after which any remaining prizes will remain unawarded.

The provisional WINNER is SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

  1. PRIZES: Subject to eligibility verification, each winner will be notified and their nominated GAA club will receive the prizes described in Section 1 (GIVEAWAY DETAILS). Limit one (1) prize per person per Instagram account. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to make size, flavor or prize substitutions based on product availability at any time during the time frame specified above. Sponsor reserves the exclusive right to substitute any prize with another one of equal or greater value. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Giveaway. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected in accordance with the winner selection method described above from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:  Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the individual prize winner. GENERAL CONDITIONS:  Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway s, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS GIVEAWAY OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
