This cuts down on that preparation time of mixing, and this suits me perfectly! The choice of flavours is good I have my favourite which is Mixed Berry. When you are in a hurry or dont have much time to prepare a pre-workout, those small bottles help to keep up with the pre-workout. I recommend taking it at a maximum of 30 min before the workout. Usually within 20min I start to feel the effects of it.
