Tastes ok for an electrolyte , but very difficult to mix into water, ended up with a huge clump of powder in the water which was a pain to try to dissolve, had to use the back of a spoon and press the clump into the side of the water bottle to try to mix it in Even then, I still didn't achieve all of the powder being successfully dissolved in the powder. Doubtful I will purchase again because of this

Cons: - maltodextrin (a hidden carb) - Magnesium oxide has a low absorption rate in the body, typically around 4% so you actually provide 4.5mg per portion - NOT easy to mix - forms lumps that are very difficult to break down it tastes a little bit salty (like most of the electrolytes) but in general taste is ok for me. i got it for free when buying other supplements but i'm not convinced and wont buy it again.
