Ever wondered what an elite International Rugby professional eats after a hard day on the field? Optimum Nutrition ambassador Henry Slade exclusively reveals and even showcases his cooking skills for his favourite, health conscious dessert, in the comfort of his own home.
The Exeter Chiefs centre has won plaudits for his intuitive play and speed, owning the centre position - but how will his silky touch compare between Rugby Ball and pancake mix?
At just 26-years-old, Slade will aim to make his mark on Eddie Jones’ England side as they prepare for the biggest prize in Rugby in September. Just before our ambassador heads in to an intensive training camp before jetting off to Japan, Henry swaps his training kit for the apron.
