SATISFACTION GUARANTEE MONEY BACK PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The action

  1. Purchase between 01/06/2023 00:01 (GMT) and 31/12/2023 23:59 (BST) (the “Promotion Period”) of Optimum Nutrition promotional products listed in Section 2 (an “Eligible Product”) and if you are not 100% satisfied you may return it for a refund of the purchase price based on receipt provided. Proof of purchase is required. Only one application can be submitted per person. Applications must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Picture of tried Eligible Product must be uploaded in its original packaging with 75% or more of its contents contained within the packaging. Applications received after the 14-day application period will be void. See Sections 6 through 12 for more information on the application process.

Eligible Persons

  1. The promotion applies to residents UK and Ireland, aged 18 and over. A maximum of 1 application can be made per person during the promotional period .
  2. Glanbia Performance Nutrition employees, agents, distributors and resellers , employees of retailers participating in the Promotion, and persons associated with the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  3. Only end consumers may take part in the campaign. Claims relating to purchased qualifying products intended for sale to a third party are excluded from this promotion. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers.

How to make your claim

  1. You make your claim by going to https://protect-eu.mimecast.com/s/1CFvCN9Q2S93jQQumEoxF?domain=protein-bars-satisfaction-guarantee.sales-promotions.com completing the claim form and submitting it along with a copy of your proof of purchase and a photograph of the Eligible Product in its original packaging with 75% or more of its contents contained within the packaging within 14 days of the date of purchase. You will be asked to provide your name, address, email address, date of birth and telephone number. Applications received later than 14 days after purchase will not be accepted.
  2. Internet access is required and proof of purchase is required. Proof of purchase must be in the form of a legible copy of the receipt or invoice from the retailer that clearly shows the product name, store name, purchase price (total amount paid) and date of purchase. Online order confirmations and delivery notes are not accepted as valid proof of purchase.
  3. Once the claim form and valid proof of purchase are received, you will receive confirmation e-mail. 
  4. The time required to review eligible products cannot be guaranteed and may vary. If you have any questions, please contact us via [email protected] .
  5. Payment will be made via direct bank transfer by Optimum Nutrition within 28 days of final validation of the claim.
  6. The person making the claim is responsible for providing the correct information. Incorrect information may result in the Promoter issuing a refund to the wrong recipient, or the email being rejected or not received by you. The Promoter accepts no liability for arranging such a payment and will not compensate any entrant who has provided incorrect information.

Restrictions

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to request additional evidence to verify any claim which it considers may be unfounded.
  2. A claim does not exist if:

- the Eligible Product was not purchased within the Promotion Period and not in UK or Ireland;

– the proof of purchase was not presented or was inappropriate as proof;

- there is no photo of the eligible product in its original packaging with at least 75% of its contents in the container before the end of the promotion.

– the application form has not been submitted within 14 days of the date of purchase;

– you have not complied with the conditions of participation.

  1. Personal data collected as part of this promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable local data protection laws and regulations and the Promoter's privacy policy which can be viewed at https://www.optimumnutrition.ie/privacy . You may request the Promoter to change, update, correct or remove this personal information at any time by writing to the Promoter's address.
  2. The use of personal data by the organizer may include notifying you about products, services, events or other information of the organizer that may be of interest to you, if you have given your prior consent to this use when registering on the organizer's website. Each time you receive an electronic commercial communication, you will be given the opportunity to opt-out of receiving such communications.

General information

  1. If the Promotion cannot be carried out as planned, including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized interference, fraud, dishonesty, technical failure or any other reason beyond the Promoter's control which compromises the processing, security, fairness, integrity or disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to ban anyone who disrupts the entry process or who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or void any affected claims .
  2. No liability will be accepted for claims received more than 14 days after the date of purchase of the eligible product, or for claims that are lost, late, incorrect, damaged, misdirected or incomplete, illegible or fraudulent, or that are delayed for technical, shipping or other reasons during the 14th -day claim period cannot be delivered. Proof of dispatch does not count as confirmation of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to its website.
  3. A claim must be made directly by the person participating in the promotion. Collective claims from retailers, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible claims and claims submitted by macro or other automated means along with claims that do not fully meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it turns out that a participant is using one or more computers to circumvent this condition, e.g. B. by using "scripts", "brute force", masking one's identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than one's own or other automated means, to increase that participant's entitlement to the Promotion in a manner inconsistent with the rules of the Promotion, that participant's entitlement will be disqualified and all prepaid cards issued will be voided. Users are not allowed to use anonymous email services such as B., but not limited to, GuerrillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
  4. Should any act, omission, incident or circumstance occur which is beyond the Promoter's reasonable control and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations.
  5. If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
  6. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and come within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of England and Wales.
  7. By participating in this promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter's control. The Promoter will endeavor to ensure that no user who has registered under the original terms and conditions is disadvantaged by such changes.
