Pecan Pit Stop Shake

A nod to America’s most loved dessert, firmly rooted to Texas, the home of the Pecan and the pie’s first recorded recipe. 

1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass.
3. Garnish with caramelised pecan nuts.
4. Using a sieve sprinkle with cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
