REGISTER YOUR ACCOUNT

To register and qualify for the ON Athletics program, you will first need to register an account with Optimum Nutrition. If you have not registered, please click here to create your account.

UPDATE PROFILE INFORMATION

Once your account with Optimum Nutrition is created, you will need to fill in your profile information including the user’s address which can be done manually or by utilizing the address finder using your zip code, street or address.

NEXT STEPS

Once your profile is complete, you will need to submit your application. This could take up to 72 hours to process. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation and the discount will be applied to your account. Should you need any further assistance or a status on your account, please contact your respective ON Athletics Manager: Dave Harvey or Erik Jordan.
