Protein Sweet Potato Chocolate Chip Muffins


  • 1 medium ripe bananas
  • ½ cup mashed sweet potato
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 5 tbsp (63.9g) ON Vanilla Gold Standard Whey
  • 1 ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
  2. Mash banana in a large mixing bowl. Add mashed sweet potato, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, coconut oil, and vanilla. Whisk until combined. Add the remaining ingredients. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to stir until a smooth batter forms.
  3. Fill each liner until almost full. Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack
