Protein Chocolate Covered Donuts

Protein Chocolate Covered Donuts
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350°.
  2. Mash the banana in a mixing bowl. Add in the milk and the maple syrup and stir well.
  3. Stir in the blended oats, Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon and mix well.
  4. Spoon into a silicone donut tray and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove and allow to cool in the tray before popping out carefully.
  6. Use a small serrated knife to trim off any excess, if needed.
  7. Make the icing by mixing the 3 ingredients together in a small bowl. Either spoon the icing onto each donut or dunk each donut into the bowl of icing. Lift and allow any excess icing to drip off before serving.
