Anybody know if there is maybe 35 grams of dextose to increase creatine uptake in this product. Dextrose is needed to get as much creatine into muscle cells as possible.

Assuming you're consuming a sensible diet with enough quality protein (dairy, fish, eggs, poultry, etc.), one serving of BCAA + Creatine per day, taken 30-45 after workouts, is fine for most. If you feel that you still need more BCAAs, consider adding either a serving of 100% Whey Gold Standard, Pro Complex APS, or Instantized BCAA 5000 powder to your routine.

I take pro-complex CGT-10 BCAA 1000 caps and opti-men multi vitamins. My workout is around 2:00 pm. What would be the best timetable to take this combination?

When taking high potencies of any given compound, it’s generally best to divide the dosage into smaller amounts taken throughout the day. Since the BCAA + Creatine powder supplies 5 grams of branched chain amino acids and 5 grams of creatine, it’s probably better to take the BCAA 1000 capsules and CGT-10 powder at different times (e.g., take a serving of BCAA 1000 caps 1st thing in the morning and the CGT-10 either a few hours before training or before going to bed). As for the Opti-Men… we suggest one pill three times a day with morning, afternoon, and evening meals

I take both ON Pro Complex and ON 100% Whey but which is best to take post-workout?

Probably the 100% Whey Gold Standard, since the digestion will be quicker than the blend of proteins in Pro Complex, though either formula works well before and after workouts. Regardless of which product you choose, make sure that you consume enough total protein and simple carbohydrates (dextrose, maltodextrin/glucose polymers, sucrose, etc.) post-workout to fully support optimal recovery.

I've been taking this supplement for the past 3 weeks and love it. The only problem I have is it doesn't mix or dissolve well as expected. Does anyone else have this problem?
