Taxes Easier Than Eating Right

Taxes Easier Than Eating Right According to the International Food Information Council Foundation's 2012 Food and Health Survey, 52% of American adults think figuring out their taxes is easier than learning about what you should or shouldn't eat. Of the 1,057 men and women polled, 90% had given some thought to the ingredients in their foods and beverages, but 87% said they relied on taste to determine their choices.

True Strength Moment: If it seems like there's a lot of agreement in these results, consider the fact that men found it easier to make time for exercise than to figure out how to eat healthy while women would rather map out a healthy diet than make time for exercise. There's definitely room for compromise and nutrition education in these results.
