guys i am new to these stuff. is there side effects of the amino or the casein or even more protein than normal food, and what is wrong with eating protein from normal food

a,omps and casein is in food you eat,you ususally cant get the amount of protein and BCAA's from food unless you eat alot of meat.it'll hurt your pocket

No there are no side effects from the aminos in the casein or even more protein than normal food. Actually it will do you good if you are training hard as your body will use the protein to build upon.

Casein is the from the Latin word "caseus" meaning "cheese". You can get the benefits of Casein by consuming a lot of pounds of cheese as well but you sure would run out of calories even before money. As stated in the article, its essential to have such SLOW digestion to keep up with long hours of fasting so go ahead, get food for your starving muscles and stay within all your budgets : )
