This Holiday Salad's A Winner

Team ON athlete Diane Rudholm has a different take on holiday protein smoothie recipes. While the flavor and consistency might be a little different, the result is just the same: more clean eating protein with minimal sugar and fat. Here's all you have to do:

Raspberry Casein
Jell-O Salad

Prepare a batch of raspberry flavored sugar free Jell-O just as the package directions explain. After it's set and cooled, start with your topping: Mix 2 scoops of Raspberry Smoothie flavor Gold Standard 100% Casein together with a container of fat free vanilla yogurt. Spread that over top of the completed and cooled Jell-O and sprinkle fresh raspberries generously over the top. A terrific late-night treat for promoting overnight muscle recovery and glycogen replenishment.
