The survey of 80,000 participants age 20 and older was reported between 2003 and 2008. An analysis of the data found that most people spend their day eating and drinking (95.6%), watching TV (80.1%) and driving around in their car (71.4%). In fact, few people engage in moderately intense physical activities like gardening (10.6%).
