We were looking for a product that would help our daughter recover from weight lifting and cross country training. Other protein products were not making a difference. This seemed to - and it was easy for her to drink. She is VERY picky. We started with chocolate and probably won't try others - stick with what works.

I don't really work out at all. I started using this product because a friend recommended it after I had my baby. I couldn't eat enough protien and breastfeed. All this boy does is eat! At 2 1/2 months old he weighed 17 pounds and was 24 inches long. I was concerned with loosing muscle mass if my body started breaking down my own tissue for the production of breastmilk. Several labs by my doctor suggested this was already doing this. Really I just needed more protien but I didn't want all the fat that simply eating more meat would produce. This is a great product and it doesn't taste bad either also I love that there's not a ton of suger like some protien bars.

I have used this protein for about 2 months now and it's amazing! I have seen alot of lean mass build in these two months. The flavor I have used is Chocolate and taste good in fat free milk.

I bought ON Gold Standard Whey after doing research and discovered that it had won BodyBuilding.com's ''Overall Supplement Of The Year Award'' 3 times in a row. So far I am loving the product. It tastes great but am getting bored of the Vanilla flavour so once I am done with my big 10lb bag, I will switch to something else.

Im from the UK and i've been using 100% WHEY GOLD STANDARD for 2 months now, not only does it taste good but has also helped me build my body size by a quarter in just 2 months. i've used other WHEY before but thay tasted awful. I tryed the Strawbery first and all though it tastes nice it can become boring to drink from time to time. Now im drinking Double Rich Chocolate and im not really a chocolate fan but it really is nice, I also find it mixes better with soya milk and also boost's the protein by 7-8g depending on what soya you mix it with.

It's hands down the richest-tasting whey I've tried, and the since the powder is made to dissolve in water much easier than other whey's... there's not a lot of that clunky powder buildup. 24g of protein, 110 calories/1g of fat per scoop... whats not to like? Definitely the best whey on the market.

in 3 weeks i have noticed very good results. i lift weights everyday and take 2-3 scoops after my workout. it tastes really good too. i have nothing bad to say about this product.

I have been using Optimum's 100% Whey for a long time. It is the only whey that I have tried that mixes completely, leaves not clumps, and tastes great. However, the latest formulation (the red/green label) I have tasted, does leave a strange after taste. I have only purchased Double Rich Chocolate since the beginning and my friends also say that the newest version tastes funny. Nevertheless, and excellent product.
