CGT-10 is a good supplement , nice combination i am able to gain strength in brief period of time , and i feel i am able to recover fast after intensive workout . This is a good to take pre workout but i would say post workout is the best time to take it . the taste is Ok - good to drink chill it slightly tastes like red bull because of taurine if you have extra bucks in your waller this is a good supplement to take instead of creatine powder - this is superior to normal creatine powder
