Makes 1 big pudding or 4 small puddings

Ingredients

  • 150g milk chocolate pieces
  • 150 g dark chocolate pieces
  • 150g golden syrup
  • 50g dried cranberries
  • 75 g marshmallows (chopped)
  • 50g roasted chopped hazelnuts
  • 50g crystallized ginger
  • 250g shortbread cookies
  • 1 scoop Gold Standard White Chocolate Whey
  • 50g melted white chocolate to serve

Method

  1. Butter the pudding bowl or bowls and pop a disc of parchment paper at the bottom of each to prevent sticking.
  2. Place a metal bowl over a pot of simmering water. Pop the butter and golden syrup into it and melt. Once melted turn off the heat and add the chocolate pieces and allow to melt before adding the remaining ingredients except the white chocolate.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the prepared pudding bowls and press down with a spatula to remove and bubbles. Set in the fridge for 2 hours.
