A Multi-Discipline & Performance Athlete; Jenna Louise (JL) is as competitive as it comes and likes to refer to her style of training as a hybrid due to cross over of many different disciplines & methodologies. From Competitive Gymnastics to BMX & roller blading, from snowboarding to spartan races, from multiple championships to endurance charity events, from bob-sled to Olympic level sprint cycling!
Jenna is backed with the belief that she can do it all! As a Fitness Expert, Master Trainer, Athlete, Business Owner, Podcast Host, Ambassador and Founder of The Jenna Louise brand, Jenna’s aim is to help people find ways to challenge themselves daily to help boost their physical & mental health, confidence, well-being, self-worth, knowledge and values. A mission that is very close to her heart.

Born and raised in Canberra ACT where she worked full time for 13 years within Policy and Event Management roles while also owning and running multiple successful business in her spare time. Amongst all of this Jenna’s passion lay within the Health & Fitness realm so she spent numerous years undertaking the study to ensure I could turn her dreams, goals and desires into reality.
With now 10+ years experience within the Health & Fitness Industry, Jenna’s experience as a leading female within the health & fitness industry has earned her a number of high level ambassadorships, magazine covers, multiple publications and television appearances including Season 1 & 2 of Australian Ninja Warrior, MTV Australia, a guest on The Today Show and most recently a Pro-Tagger (Ricochet) on Channel 7’s Ultimate Tag Australia.
