Protein Packed Açaí Bowl

1 banana

½ cup strawberries, sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup fresh apple juice

2 scoops Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein delicious strawberry

4 teaspoons Açaí powder

Toppings:

2 tbsp granola, 3 tbsp fresh berries

Directions

  1. Slice the bananas and strawberries. Place in the freezer with the blueberries and freeze overnight or until frozen.
  2. Once frozen, place in a blender or liquidiser with the fresh apple juice, Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder and açaí powder and blitz until smooth.
  3. Pour into your serving bowls and top with your chosen toppings.
