Protein Muesli Cookie
Directions
- Pre-heat your convection oven to 350°.
- Put the oats, almond flour, Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder, cinnamon, salt and bread soda into a mixing bowl and stir.
- Add the maple syrup, egg, vanilla extract and olive oil and stir really well until a ball of dough is formed.
- Divide into 10 equal sized pieces and roll to a ball before flattening to a cookie shape.
- Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and allow to cool before eating.
