Avocado Toast With Protein Powder

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tsp whey protein powder, unflavored
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dash of red pepper flakes
  • Dash of sesame seeds
  • 1 slice of whole wheat or sourdough bread, toasted


  1. Mash avocado with protein powder and salt and pepper.
  2. Top toasted bread with avocado, dash of red pepper flakes, and a sprinkle of sesame seed. (Optional): Add a light drizzle of olive oil.
