Avocado Toast With Protein Powder
- ½ avocado
- 1 tsp whey protein powder, unflavored
- Salt and pepper
- Dash of red pepper flakes
- Dash of sesame seeds
- 1 slice of whole wheat or sourdough bread, toasted
- Mash avocado with protein powder and salt and pepper.
- Top toasted bread with avocado, dash of red pepper flakes, and a sprinkle of sesame seed. (Optional): Add a light drizzle of olive oil.
