Pear Cinnamon Protein Bites

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 1/2 Scoop (15.5g) Gold Standard 100% whey protein powder Vanilla Ice Cream
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup diced pear
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp almond butter


1. In a food processor, pulse oats, walnuts, and protein powder into a flour-like consistency. Add diced pear, coconut oil, and almond butter. Pulse until a slightly stick dough forms.

2. Roll dough into balls. Freeze for 10 minutes to set."
