Cookie Dough Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter;
  • 1.5 cups of oats blended in a processor to make a fine texture;
  • 2 tablespoons of honey;
  • 1/3 cup of Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey - chocolate
  • 1/3 cup of melted cocoa butter to hold the mixture together
  • As much dark chocolate chips as you want and some desiccated coconut for flavour.

Directions

Combine all the ingredients to make a rough dough then shape into balls, sprinkle with coconut and pop in the fridge.#GoldStandard.
